I booked a queen room, it was absolutely perfect and had climate control, cable TV with on-demand movies and a microwave oven. The breakfast was good hot, the check in was friendly.

The breakfast was nice, hot, and had a wide range of cookies, eggs, and hot waffles. The staff was welcoming and consistently courteous. The location was favorable, being close to restaurants, several antique stores, and Branson. We truly enjoyed having lunch at Taco Bell, which was only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Hard to find since you changed names in the middle of the stream. Followed directions kept winding up - 3 times - at Quality Inn finally went in to ask about Comfort Inn surprise. Several quests discussed this thought should have been told on confirmation.

Maintenance needed in our room.

The beds were not comfortable, the stairwell carpets needed to be vacuumed, same trash and dirt on the carpet the whole time we stayed. Our room didn't get cleaned the second day we stayed, had to ask for clean towels.

Carpets throughout the motel need to be shampo'd. Very dirty and corners are full of dust. Steps need to be cleaned going upstairs too.

This hotel is conveniently located for a quick stop when visiting a friend in the area. It is also close to Branson and Nixa, MO, making it an ideal base for exploring these nearby locations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice beds and jacuzzi tubs in some suites. The staff is friendly and helpful, quickly addressing any issues that arise, such as a malfunctioning TV.
